I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit was worth it. The technician at the Quest Diagnostics inside Walmart was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. She helped me understand what information I needed, how to get it, and what to do if insurance required more details to approve a blood test. She also made it clear they were willing to help and work with my doctor if needed. That kind of care and communication makes a huge difference.
