I checked in on my phone and was apparently called while I was walking in from my car then proceeded to get skipped and waited a half hour after she said she would be with me next. She called me ONE time and I was still walking into the building.

My appointment at this Quest location had to be THE BEST visit I’ve ever had. Having an appointment helped to make it super convenient but the nurse that attended me was very courteous and super friendly. Very attentive and made the scariest point of the visit (to me) go flawless. Got it on the first try and I was in and out in the fastest time I’ve ever allotted for a blood test withdrawal. I really wished I got her name to make sure Quest gives her the best professional accolades she deserves.

I am writing to share positive feedback regarding my recent appointment with Maribel at the 610 N. Alafaya Trail location. Maribel was remarkably calm, patient, and professional. She took extra time to ensure her work was done thoroughly and double-checked all my information, which I greatly appreciated as I have not experienced that level of care in the past. This location is very convenient. The staff treat you with respect and are very courteous. As long as you make an appointment in advance you will be taken care of at the time you selected (2-3 minutes difference). Quick and simple. I recommend this location 100%.
