I had an extremely disappointing experience at Quest Diagnostics. The level of service I received was far below what anyone should expect in a healthcare environment. The staff member who assisted me, Destiny, showed a very poor attitude, lacked basic courtesy, and made the entire visit uncomfortable. There was no effort to communicate properly or provide a respectful experience, which is unacceptable in a place where patients come for important medical services.
