With an appointment, I got in very quickly. Only waited about 7 minutes in the waiting room. The phlebotomist was excellent.
I made an appointment for August 5th at 3:30. I arrived at about 3:20 and waited until 3:25 to check in. The lobby was full with no available seats. Everyone in the room was called back while I waited. It was about 4:45 when my name was called. I asked the phlebotomist who took care of me if this location no longer honors appointments. I was told that not when the day has been so busy. Very disappointing.
Wait time with a scheduled appointment is insane. Still currently waiting and it has been over 45 mins past my appointment time. The building is insanely hot, sweating the whole wait. Did not have these issues at another location I visited a month ago. Don’t recommend this location.
Long wait time even with an appointment! And there is no working air conditioning in the waiting room!! Horrible location! Visited the Katy location and it was a great experience!
