Bring BLOOD for excellent testing and helpful patient interaction...Ebony in room 3. Used them for 8 years. Their online over time records are great for comparison, complete with optional explanations.
Technician was excellent, quick and professional
Normally I make an appointment before coming here. Today I wasn't able to. So I was a walk-in today. They were very kind and I only had to wait 5 minutes to be seen. Very efficient and the phlebotomist was very nice.
The process of checking patients in and out is backwards and that is why this doctors office waiting room stays packed all day.if you started slowly pulling standby patients back you would have a steady flow and the front office would have seating for customers coming in with appointments. There was literally no standing room 3/16/26 @12 i will be telling my family doctor not to reccomend this location anymore to customers due to the rudeness and unprofessionalism that it occurring in this establishment.
