Fast and friendly! Jane had me in and out in 5 min. It was done by the time I felt the needle
Fairly quick service. I needed a blood draw without warning so I did have to wait. I would suggest making appointment online so you can be serviced when you walk in.
Great experience! I got called back right at my appointment time and had my testing done by Jane. She was fantastic and super organized!
The entrance is difficult to find, kind of like a scavenger hunt. Very poor sinage. After I found the office, their kiosk scanner did not work properely however I was able to check in. The lab tech opened the door to the 2 of us in the lobby and said "hi". Then silence. Finally, after a few akward seconds, I asked "who are you looking for?" She never answered. As a home health nurse, I drop off lab specimens at many different laboratories on a regular basis. Unfortunately, my experience at this Quest location has been consistently disappointing. The customer service I received from the phlebotomist, Jane, was rude and unprofessional, and the way I was treated was frustrating. After this experience, I have decided that I will not be using this location again. I have already discussed these experiences with my office and my coworkers.
