I was so lucky that they had some time for an immediate walk in !! Jane walked me thru the Ipad sign in dor my particular orders and then I was off to get my test started !! Jane drew my blood PAINLESSLY and I was out the door in literally minutes !! Made my day !! Thank You Quest GR Staff !!!

Im TERRIFIED of needles, but Jane was SO GOOD I didnt even feel it happening. 10/10
By far the worst blood draw ive ever had. I get my blood taken every 48 to 72 hours for the last 3 years & I was visiting grand rapids and needed a draw done while here so I came to quest. It was literally the most painful blood draw ive ever had done. She took my blood & for some reason asked me "do you want me to send this out today" Im 90% sure she wont be sending them out at all as she acted like she was doing me a favour. Go anywhere else. That was the worst & most painful blood draw of my entire life.
The staff at this center is the nicest I’ve ever met—every time has been very pleasant thanks to them!
