The Sayville office is fantastic. I had an 8:20am appointment, arrived at 8:15 and signed in via the text I had received. I was finished and back in my car at 8:24am. That is great customer service .
This place is terrible with how slow they move. Got in at 8:32 for an 8:40 appointment. Got seen at 9:14. Full waiting room, out of the 2 phlebotomists on site, the woman was the one that saw 4 patients during the 45 minutes I had to wait. The man came out to call a patient only 1 time! Never coming to this lab again!
