Horrible experience at this location, specifically with the phlebotomist. She was rude from the start and clearly does not know how to draw blood. She was moving the needle around, then blamed me saying I have small veins and couldn’t get enough so she had to use my other arm!! Ive never had an issue with drawing my blood. I now have TWO huge bruises on my arms and was in horrible pain for days after. If you see an older woman with blonde, curly hair - RUN the other way.
All staff were friendly and greeted everyone in waiting room. The tech who drew my daughter's blood was very considerate and friendly and explained everything.
