Teresa is the only person I would want to see going here. She is very kind and knowledgeable and gentle.
The location is so non-friendly and impersonal. It's just a room with chairs and a kiosk that you check in with. No one to greet you, no one to answer questions, no one to even wave to until your name is called. It feels like sitting in the room of some dystopian future. It's extremely uncomfortable.
Very bad experience. I waited for half an hour beyond my 10 after appointment to which I arrived at 12:50 so I wouldn’t be late. One other woman walked in with me for a walk in appt at the same time. We both waited for 40 minutes. I had other places to be and knocked on the door to ask how much longer. The employee was very visibly angry that I even knocked.
