Insanity- No way to speak to a real human. 1 employee working at a time. No phone calls to that location and when in the waiting room no way to speak to anybody. The kiosk is useless and if the person ahead of you takes too long, they cancel your appointment because you’re more than 10 minutes late.

I've been seeing Teresa on a quarterly basis for routine bloodwork. Each and ever visit has been a pleasant experience. Obviously, getting stuck with a needle is no pleasure but I honestly do not have any pain, bruising, or any ill aftereffects. She's is one of the best phlebotomists! Friendly and a great bedside manner. The lab itself does seem seriously understaffed but she keeps things moving!
Only one woman working and walk in don't matter really how are you there for a simple drug screen and expected to hold it for hours very unprofessional
Was totally impressed with the phlebotomist! She was professional, accommodating and kind! Very much an asset for Quest!
