I had a great experience at this location. Theresa is an exceptional phlebotomist! I am making this my new location for all future lab work. Just a note for ease of finding their office, the blue entrance (where Quest is located), is at the front of the medical building. Go to the second floor, and turn right. Suite 244 is on the left.
Teresa does a wonderful job. She’s a one woman show and runs the Hagerstown Quest lab all alone. Teresa always lays me down and never complains about the extra time it takes(I hate needles) If you need a blood draw go to her—she does it flawlessly
Teresa is an outstanding phlebotomist. I have routine bloodwork done quarterly, and she has never missed a vein or had any issues. She is consistently warm, professional, and a pleasure to interact with every visit. Having worked in the medical field myself, I do notice that this location appears understaffed. Unfortunately, my interactions with management have been disappointing. I come here on a routine basis, and my experience has been consistently excellent. I often leave laughing, which really speaks to how positive and comfortable each visit is. Teresa is truly exceptional. I’ve had rough experiences in the past with bloodwork—missed veins, blown veins, and multiple sticks—so I used to dread appointments. Most of the negative reviews I saw were about setting an appointment and the staff so I decided to book my blood test with this quest. When I arrived I used the info from another reviews about finding the blue exit, and room 244 on floor 2. Once there i used the little kiosk tablet to sign in which asked basic questions such as the order number of what labs I was getting the test for(which was on the sheet I brought with), date of birth and addresses ect.
