Vanessa did an AMAZING JOB! Super quick and painless. Her friendly conversation made it even easier as I have slight anxiety with getting blood drawn. I would highly recommend making an appointment as well! It was only a 2 minute wait for me on the lobby once I arrived.

I had an 11:20 appointment but arrived about an hour early. I signed in and completed all information on their kiosk. I like the new technology where you scan your driver’s license and insurance card. It made the process smoother. I got seen about 45 minutes later which wasn’t bad since the room was packed. My phlebotomist was Janica and she was very professional and kind. She sensed when I got nervous and asked me if I was ok. She even made small talk to take my mind off of the moment. I appreciate it a lot.

Unfortunately you no longer have anyone at the desk to help patients. It was frustrating to watch many elderly (and not so elderly) patients struggle with the check in process. 2 missed their appointments because literally NO ONE came out to help them. Very disappointing at the lack of assistance for the patients who are obviously there for medical reasons. Hire someone please. At least have a help phone line in place on site at the kiosk. I was called back at my appointment time or within five minutes after my appt time. That contributed to a great experience! In the past, I went to the Quest in Rancho Santa Margarita which is much closer. My experience at this Quest in Foothill Ranch was so great that I will use this Quest location in the future.
