Jenica was the absolute best!! I had the best experience with her and will be asking for her everytime I need to give blood!
Sylvia was really nice. She is very calm and confident in her work and has a light hand which is very important for phlebotomy patients 😁 I’ve barely felt any pain from the needle.
This location is very clean. I scheduled my appt in advance online so my name was called quickly after my arrival. I've had great experiences with this location most of the time. However the person who did my tests yesterday was not very professional. I had blood tests and a breath test on my doctor orders paper. She only drew my blood and told me I was all set and I could go home. I had to remind her that I also had a breath test. Check in on the kiosk was easy and there was no wait time with our appointment. Silvia the phlebotomist was nice and very patient with my teen daughter who has needle phobia. However she left the tourniquet on the whole blood draw even when asked if it should be released. This caused hemoconcentration and skewed results! Now we have to repeat it. It was a big deal for my daughter to do this and to get inaccurate results due to improper technique causing us to have to do it again is very frustrating and upsetting.
Jenica was really great. She was kind and friendly. She was gentle when she did my blood draw. I would recommend her. I hope I can always have her as my phlebotomist. She was great!
