Great experience. Signage pointed me to the facility inside Walmart (enter on the east side, turn left, and Quest is on the north/front wall). I had an appointment and was taken back right on time. The phlebotomist (Charly, I think) was friendly, professional, and efficient. Painless blood draw (and I have difficult veins). I was at my car about 10 minutes after I walked in. I highly recommend this location and particularly Charly.
Can’t say enough good things about Jayla. She was kind and quick and made me feel comfortable. I always get nervous for blood draws and this was the easiest one I’ve had.
My wife had a terrible experience with the tech. For blood drawing she could not find her vein in one arm and had to draw from the other arm. Her skill was lacking and induced more pain afterwords. I will never come back to this location.
My phlebotomist was great. Punctual, friendly and great patient bedside manner.
