Walked in 20 min till closing and told me i couldnt be seen. So disappointed
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was told there were no appointments available, so I signed in as a walk-in. After waiting 2.5 hours, I finally checked the website myself out of frustration and, somehow, there was an appointment available. I booked it immediately because it seemed like the only way I was ever going to be seen. I had the quickest, most painless blood draw of my life thanks to Harlow! I usually flinch when the needle sticks me, but not this time! I barely felt anything at all. Harlow was so skilled and personable. If I’m able to request them next blood draw, I definitely will!
Quest Diagnostics maintains a monopoly on employer drug screening, and they make sure you know it. They accept walk-ins, if you don't mind walking out several hours later. Perpetually understaffed and overbooked .
