Everything just feels a little less than desirable in this experience. It all just feels like someone in private equity was like, "How can we make this as cheap as possible? Cut a front desk person and use a machine? Check. Plug it in some extra space in a Walmart near the check out machines? Check. Harlow, the phlebotomist, was excellent!!! Her relaxed, friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease. When Harlow did the blood draw, there was minimal discomfort and no bruising the next day!!! You are lucky to have such a great person and careful technician working for you.
Howley Is one of the best technicians I’ve ever met. Easy stick, in and out. She always brightens my day.
