They treat you like cattle. They have no respect for you if you don’t have an appointment. They will make you wait for hours while they take their breaks. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is awful.
Awesome experience. Best blood draw experience I have ever had! My technician was efficient and made things so easy. Location and facility is great
Mayra S. was my phlebotomist, and was amazing! She kept talking to me throughout the entire procedure which felt like a couple of minutes, in reality, may have been about 5 minutes. I would like to request Mayra again if possible when I go back.
The phlebotomist I have had two times is incredible! I appreciated that the phlebotomist was gentle, was wiling to chat so I was distracted and did not have a vagus nerve response, and worked incredibly fast. I would come again without a second thought.
Best tech ever. Puts CPL to shame.
