THIS LOCATION DOESN'T DO SPECIMEN COLLECTION. Do not come here if your doc told you to go to Quest for lab work. This is a corporate office only, apparently, and they do not do any sort of specimen collection. The closest location to here that does is in Decatur, GA (497 Winn Way Ste 115, Decatur, GA 30030).
I was sent here for my daughter by provider unbeknownst the facility does not collect specimens, I was greeted by a head shake and as I still approached and greeted the front desk with a “good morning” she still continues to shake her head. With irritation in her voice she proceeds to tell me they don’t do blood work and slaps a list of facilities on the desk. You make an Appointment and still have an hour plus wait + seemed very unsanitary as rest room didn’t even have soap for hand washing!
