This place is the worst. I was guaranteed my hospital would receive my blood test results (for chemo treatment) by end of business same day by the staff. The next day they still didn’t have it. I signed up for their website only to see the order was still in progress. Now I have to go do it all over again at the hospital. Total waste of time.
Robin is very talented at making the process as easy and comfortable as can be, great experience
Everything went smoothly with my visit to this Quest lab. Robin the phlebotomist was friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled (I have been told that drawing my blood is "a phlebotomy final exam," but it was no problem for her). Check-in was quick and easy, the wait time was short, and the blood draw was happily uneventful. Robin coordinated seamlessly with my doctor's office, and I received my results in a timely way.
