I visit Quest often and I have the privilege to meet Rama. She is very compassionate and understanding. Very gentle and caring. Always go above and beyond to make me feel at ease. The Lab in general is very accommodating, specially with walk ins. It is important for us as patients to follow up with our providers to make sure that all Lab orders are being forwarded. It helps accelerate the process and ensure the proper treatment.
I have never had a bad experience at this quest. Everyone there is wonderful.

Ramaa and her new employee that are training are awesome. I have had the luck of getting blood pulled by Ramaa before and she is awesome!
