Ramaa and her new employee that are training are awesome. I have had the luck of getting blood pulled by Ramaa before and she is awesome!
Skilled technicians, courteous, quick, convenient. Results post online and test results are clearly explained. Comparison with previous tests and analysis of trends over time are very informative.
I had 3 separate blood work orders at once - Ramaa was so amazing and made the process painless and quick! We had a great conversation as well. 10/10 recommend
Go elsewhere if you don’t have hours to wait. Granted I got here 20 minutes early. I asked if I should check in as a walk in. They said no they would take me in if there was room for a walk in. They did not. They took walk ins that came in after me. I ended up waiting 40 minutes after my appointment while they continued to take walk ins. Maybe if they don’t want people to notice they shouldn’t post peoples names on the screen. Not having a receptionist to ask questions to is not very helpful.
