At first, my experience at Quest was great. Even though after checking in, I had to go back home to get my requisition, when I returned, I was taken right away. :-). But then the technician asked me if I would like her to also draw for a previous requisition in her computer. She talked me into getting it; even though, I asked if it wasn’t the same test as my endocrinologist just had me do. She said it was different, and that Medicare should pay for it. I just arrived for my 7:20am appointment, mind you they sent me a link to check-in once I arrive this morning at 6:00am, I get here and go to the link to check-in and it says no appointment found and they are closed, if you’re not going to come in to work today you could atleast send a cancellation and not waste peoples time because I’m not the only one sitting out here wondering why you guys are not open. Very convenient location. Easy appointment scheduling process. Clean waiting area. Minimal wait time. Skilled staff provided an excellent needle stick/blood draw on 1/22/2026.
Wait for walk in was short, place was clean, teach was excellent skills-wise and friendly
