Terrible, the phlebotomist working there Selene had no patients to draw. It was during their normal operations hours, if you don’t have an appointment she won’t help you even though she isn’t helping anyone. What happened to helping people.

Verry bad service, only one person doing work, when the loby is full off People to be seen.

I came here because I’m pregnant and needed to do a glucose tolerance test, the staff was completely unprofessional and I had to wait much longer because their printer didn’t work even though I had an appointment. After waiting for awhile they insisted they didn’t do the blood work I needed and turned me away only to call me when I was in my car to tell me that they do and to come back in. I will never come here again, they are very unorganized, inexperienced, ill equipped, and unprofessional.

Never had such horrible service at Qwest Diagnostics before. Usually the employees are very professional and quick. I gave this lady my order number and she insisted she could not accept it because they didn't have a printer that worked. I have seen employees type in the order number and serve me many times before. Would not recommend this location. Dreadful.
