Sam is an awesome employee. Her approach and empathy made me feel like I was a family member. I’ve preferred quest instead of other competition. Main reason is how I’m cared for. But this time i especially felt Sam’s service was above and beyond. Hopefully she gets the kudos she deserves!!

First time going to Quest Diagnostics. I always went to Labcorp and always had a horrible experience. Quest tech was very patient, nice and professional. She took the time to help me and not make me feel foolish for almost cried when she took my blood and it did not hurt!!!
