They took me 10 minutes early and the tech was very gentle, sweet and professional!
I've been to this location a few times now. My veins can be difficult to give blood at times. They listen to my history of which arm and location that is normally easier. I have not had one issue. They are so good, I barely have a mark when leaving. I can't say enough positive about the staff.
Quest Labs in Rio Grande is great. The app makes it easy to get an appointment and retrieve results. The lab is staffed by friendly and caring staff. Always a painless experience. A very clean facility.
Sam is an awesome employee. Her approach and empathy made me feel like I was a family member. I’ve preferred quest instead of other competition. Main reason is how I’m cared for. But this time i especially felt Sam’s service was above and beyond. Hopefully she gets the kudos she deserves!!
