Came in 10mins prior to my appointment time and before I could check in at the iPad, I was told I needed to come back tomorrow. They didn’t ask for my name or appointment reason.

Visited during lunch time, so only one phlebotomist was working, but she did a fantastic job helping customers.

Customer service was awesome! Both ladies working really helped me out when I had a confusing Doctors order. Ms Stephanie was super friendly and helpful! 10/10 for customer service alone

If you need to pee in a cup, this is the place to do it. I had an appointment and showed up 15 mins early. There was only one person working and greeted me warmly. She finished with the person she was working with and got to me promptly. The process was easy and quick. She was professional and kind. I ended up leaving 1 minute prior to when I had the appointment set up. Certainly have had longer, more annoying, experiences doing similar things at other labs. Terrible appoinment AI assitance. Ask a bunch of questions and then gave the schedule for the wrong kind of test. When I took and hour drive just to hear them told me the test only up until 3:40pm. (my schedule is 3:40pm, I arrived and it take them 6mins to call my name.
