The facility is very clean, the service is very efficient, and the staff is very competent. It doesn't hurt that this location is in Walmart, so i can take care of my shopping before or after!
Had to get a testing sample to mail off and the lady there was extremely supportive of my boyfriend. Made him feel normal and seen. Incredibly kind. If we need tests in the future we will come back.
It stated walk ins welcome. You walk in, no one. Check in at Kiosh. Then in says you should make an appointment next time. The world is so impersonal now and about money. It is sad. However, I was in an out in less than 15 min.
They need more than one place to go to in Montgomery Alabama
