Quest lab technician was the best. She’s a beautiful black woman with gentle hands. Oh my God we laughed. I told him my jokes to make the time pass by. She had 10 minutes before lunch at 12. They would have to close up. She got me in an eight minutes, I was out the door that’s what I’m talking about customer service. She could’ve said no and come back at one, but she didn’t do that. Had a 9:10 appointment the day after Thanksgiving.When I go back the tech told me she didn't have a order on me for my labs. I told her it was faxed but she couldn't get into the system to retrieve it and the one that could was off. This is after fasting and driving 40 miles. So I had to reschedule my appointment for Monday. This should never happen.
