This “fully automated everything” is getting very much out of hand. when i go to a medical center, i should be able to be greeted by front desk staff and more importantly, i should be able to call and speak to a person, not an automated system. And i say this as a 27 year old, not a 70 year old or anything. I tried calling-literally hours- bc i wanted to make sure i had exactly what i needed and that i was booking an appointment for exactly the type of blood work i needed. of course, you cant speak to a person so i had to ju... read more
Quick service walk in. Be warned, there is one very rude lady who doesn't answer your questions. She said she wasn't listening to me and needed to focus when I asked why there were issues with my script. She took a lot vials of blood and didnt explained anything further.
Always a great experience at Quest
I went in 6:30a and was out 6:40a; excellent service
