Nearby to my home, the PSC is convenient, easy to access from roadway and staffed with friendly, talented and efficient staff. Kudos to Carla who was most helpful regarding an order paperwork issue on my part. Pre registered through MyQuest app, check in through text reply, expert phlebotomists- everything needed for an efficient and satisfying visit!!
My only problem was that I couldn't get the machine to log me in, but the phlebotomist kindly noted my dilemma and helped me log in. She was also wonderful in finding my vein because my veins are hard to find, or if you do find them, they tend to wiggle away, and she got it right the first time, and was able to draw the two tubes of blood, needed for analysis and I appreciated only being stuck once.
