This place lost a customer today. I was a walk in today and signed up at the kiosk at roughly 11:50 AM. No openings until 3:40 PM, but no problem -- it's the fate of the walk-in, right? Before I go, I ask the sole tech that seemed to be running the show if they had my lab order since I had a suspicion my doctor's office sent it to the now closed location at Safeway. If I could choose 0 stars I sadly would. I was incredibly disappointed by my recent blood draw appointment (first ever in my life). I left work early, traveled out of my way to attend, fasted until my 1:10 p.m. appointment, and stopped all supplements for a full week - including supplements that help manage persistent pain - in preparation for the testing. I was here at 1040 for my 1100am appt. It's 1125 and they still haven't called me. The 1050 appt still hasn't gone back yet either and she was late arriving. So annoying. I have another appt at 1200 - I'm hungry since I fasted and the phlebotomist is SLOW!!!!!

Short staffed and the techs are really trying but this place needs more staffing and also to be more professional so that it maybe feels more like a lab

This place is constantly 1+ hours behind. 3 times in a row for me. The people that work here are nice and seem capable but clearly have horrific leadership.
