I had an excellent experience at Quest yesterday. I’ve always liked how easy it is to schedule appointments and how quick and convenient it is to get in and out. What really stood out this visit was the woman who drew my blood. I am a very hard stick — my veins are difficult to find and often get blown — but she was absolutely phenomenal. She got it on the very first try, quickly and effortlessly. That kind of skill and professionalism makes such a difference, and I truly appreciated the great experience.
