Professional, clean and quick-great overall experience.
I truly hate having to give blood but Jordan with Quest was outstanding. He is an exemplary professional who showed kindness and care - didn't even realize he had stuck me with the needle until after. Wonderful guy, give him a raise!!! Also, easy check-in and appointment making process.
Every person I've dealt with at this Kingwood location has been fantastic; my veins have often proved difficult for personnel at other locations(Quest and Non-Quest). Not at this Kingwood location though. It's very obvious the people currently at this location have so much experience and they always find a good vein on the first attempt. They are always so personable and their people skills are fantastic.
