My experience here was Great , I recommend to make an appointment online . I had a 830am appointment , checked in at 8:15 and they called me as soon as the clock hit 830 .
THEY ARE QUICK, EFFICIENT, AND I GET MY RESULTS QUICKLY AND IN A MANNER THAT ALLOWS ME TO COMPARE RESULTS OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME, WHICH IS GREAT FOR CHRONIC DISEASES.
Difficult, unfriendly & rude with scheduled appointment. Urine sample did not have a name label and when placed in the sample box there were 4 other samples in there. Walked back to the room and technician was very direct that the label was there. When showing her the unlabeled sample she placed a sticker on the side with no comment. Very unprofessional and incompetent!
Very poor experience. Staff was rude and unhelpful, and several other patients in the waiting room were complaining about the same treatment. Definitely not the level of professionalism you expect at a medical facility.
I have saved Rachelle's name to request for future visits!! She was AMAZING!! Barely even felt the stick!! She was careful & fast!! Great for someone who HATES getting blood done!!
