Clean, efficient, professional.
I had a very bad experience at this place just going in for quick routine bloodwork that my doctor ordered. I had an appointment and everything. The older nurse was very rude and barked orders at me and made me feel bad when I walked to the wrong room by mistake. My doctor told me this place would be much quicker than the hospital for bloodwork, and they did get me in and out quickly, but I would much rather wait longer at the hospital than ever go to Quest again.
Excellent experience at Quest for my bloodwork. Extremely professional and kind young lady that drew my blood, let me know the entire process from start to finish! Made sure I felt ok afterwards, etc. I was even a walk-in and did not waiting more that 28minutes. I highly recommend Quest.
