I was a stand by and she stated that she would work in but took every appt. I waited From 9:30am and it is now 11:31am I’m still waiting. I should’ve had an appt but they were full today. The tech seemed like she waited for every appts. I wasn’t worked in. I never experienced this at any diagnostic center before. I’m very frustrated about this wait time. This place is a joke! I struggled to get a very important test scheduled that I already paid my hard earned money for and tried everything possible to get it sooner! In the end i didn't make any headway with getting an earlier appointment. I waited 2 weeks for this appointment and then the day before they decide to just cancel for "cleaning and maintenance"? This is BAD business and BAD patient care and has the opportunity to cause patient harm! This week was the only week I had available to get this test done. Very disappoi... read more
Wait time is horrible, nurses don’t help , and if a person with an appointment walk in it doesn’t matter if u been there 2-3 hrs they still will take them first no consideration of how long you been there never will go back!
