Tech was excellent put you at ease, also while we were talking helped me figure something else out. Will definitely use Quest again.

My experience was great.
Arrival was 8:54, checked in on screen. Pop up of wait time 30-60 mins . Checked in again at 10:15 said same thing. Waited in the waiting room the WHOLE TIME ! Then at 10:50 finally says availability at 11! If it’s fully booked for all the hours prior then the screen should say so. Even the same worker who has seen me or could say something. I was late for my 8:20 appointment, totally my fault. So I signed up for the stand by list. I was the first person on the standby list. Not only did the phlebotomist take her sweet time but she pulled patients off the standby list that were after me!
