Made an appointment. Showed up as a walk-in early. I've now been here over an hour. Waiting room is full and only 2 people have gotten called back. They didn't even bother to open the window, they just expect you to do the self checkin.
Do not recommend coming in as walk in. They do take appointments first. Other than that it's a lab.

I don't leave 1-star reviews. And the team and staff at Quest were kind and helpful. We are cash pay. Meaning we don't get service unless we pay. We paid for labs half a year ago. We are now being sent to collections because they claim we did not pay. We've sent them receipt after receipt. They are impossible to get in touch with. We get no replies, just countless letters saying we owe money, though we've been able to prove we paid (again, we don't get service unless we pay).
