The Phlebotomist was absolutely amazing but the business seriously lacks in customer service and customer satisfaction! Only one employee was on the shift this morning and the company, or its software, were double booking her appointments. My appointment was scheduled over a week ago for 8:10 am. I arrived at 8 and checked in using their kiosk device. I waited while several people who arrived after me were taken back for their blood draw. Never opened on time. The check-in kiosk is terrible to deal with when fasting.
