Never open! They used to open at 7:30am but every time I’ve gone to get my frequent labs done they’re closed. I’m not sure what happened after a particular phlebotomist left but it has gone down hill since she left.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at this Quest Diagnostics location. My first visit was for a scheduled appointment. I arrived approximately 45 minutes early (maybe I be seen early if there was an opening) and sat in an empty waiting room for 20 minutes. Eventually two walk-in patients arrived and where seen promptly. I continued to sit in an empty waiting area for an additional 15 minutes. The young lady is extremely friendly. Instantly makes you feel at home. She is gentle and one of the best phlebotomists I have ever known. Barely a pin-prick mark on my arm! As painless and enjoyable as it could be. If you have to get blood drawn, THIS is the place!
