Ever time I need to get tested for whatever my provider orders, they are nice, welcoming, and professional, they do t make you feel on edge. It’s fast and easy.
Quest Tech Nue (I am not sure if I am spelling his name correctly) has taken care of me at Physician's Plaza in Rogers, AR on a number of occasions over the last couple of years. He is professional and is the best at finding veins to draw blood with minimal pain. Nue rocks!
The phlebotomist who drew my blood was excellent. When I asked for a butterfly needle, he had no qualms whatsoever about using one. This was a much better experience than my previous visit to the same location, when the female phlebotomist refused to use a butterfly needle. As a result, I left and went to a different location to have my blood drawn instead. Unfortunately, he is a traveling phlebotomist and is not permanently stationed at this location. This is the only location I'll go to from now on. Check-in was easy, wait time was appropriate and the phlebotomist was amazing. Not only was she very personable, but she was also really good at her job (no pain). Definitely recommend this location over the Bentonville.
