As much as I detest lab work, my phlebotomist “K” (Kadeisha sp?) was great! She went over and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience, especially since they had not received the fax of doctor’s orders for the labs. She intercepted the fax as soon as it arrived and had me in and out quickly. She was very compassionate and clearly cared about my feelings. I appreciate her professionalism and kindness. K = 5 stars! Thank you.
