Made a last-minute appointment and was seen exactly on time. SJ was my phlebotomist, she was amazing, I’m a pretty tough stick and she got it first time no problem. Clean location, friendly staff.

Absolutely no clue how this place is still in business. The most impersonal, unprofessional lab experience I’ve ever had. After a horrible experience where the inexperienced tech didn’t even wear gloves and looked like he hadn’t showered in days, I’ve tried multiple times to reach a human to remove charges on my bill. After finally reaching a human who told me they would be removed, I called billing, waited on hold for 20 minutes, and was told the charges were still there and could only be removed by my “provider.” I’m ready... read more
This team is pro. They stay on time, are calm, resolute, and handled unusual third party paperwork for a newer third party test I brought in.
It was seamless. The self-check-in worked great. They were running about 10 minutes or so behind. The appointment itself only took about 5 minutes and was totally painless.
