It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The only detail I would add is that the location of suite 208 is on the front side of the building facing 212th Street. So that front door entrance is the fastest most convenient way to find the right location.
If you haven't made an appointment 4-weeks in advance, good luck! Don't bother coming in as a walk-in.
I normally dread giving blood, but Mekata was awesome and this experience was so fast and painless! She was great and I hope they’re all as good as her in the future.
The facility was nice and clean and Suzanne did a wonderful job with all my lab tests. Great experience!
I missed my appointment and needed to get called in on standby. The anticipated standby wait was listed as 30-60 minutes. I waited for over 2 hours. The clinic saw only about 4-6 patients per hour, despite having a team of providers. I rarely have problems getting my blood drawn, but the first phlebotomist to work on me was unable to draw from two easy to access veins.
