Dealing with quest is a nightmare. 5 hour what at Riverbend hosp when sent direct from hospital for blood work. Only some of the.tests ordered were done. Poorly run company. Inwill.say that the pheblotomists I dealt with were good and curious, but quest is poorly run, computer communications with health care providers is a mess. I feel bad that you have crumbled such an important.part of health care. Horrible experience!
As a walk-in I was surprised I did not have to wait! Very efficient and willing to work hard to get clients through!
My visit to Quest was efficient, with no wait time. The lab tech was amazing, especially since I have had problems with blood draws my whole life. It couldn't have gone better. Thank you James!
The phlebotomist was really nice. I don't remember his name but he was chill. They were right on time and did everything right.
James was fabulous! Made me feel comfortable while he drew 4-5 vials of blood. He was a good phlebotomist as it only took him one try to find my vein when it often takes people 2 or more tries when I’ve gone to other labs.
