Simple scheduling online. Can "see" my prescriptions for the lab test on their computers w/o me bringing mine. Virtually painless, every time! Friendly and sincere at the same time besides being professional, always!
Worst experience with a medical worker that I've had in some years. She presented as gruff and rude, i asked her to be 'gentler', and the next thing I knew I was being kicked out of the office and threatenned with police action. The individual in question refused to provide their name, and refused o give me the name and contact info of their supervisor. Im not sure about the legality of that, but it certainly doesn't instill confidence in this consumer.They need another line of work.
