Had a simple cholesterol test ordered by my pcp, which costs almost nothing normally but for some reason they just keep asking for more and more money, nearly $1,000 at this point….. I paid them cash out of pocket over $300 already, on top of them charging my insurance, and now asking for money for a 3rd time. I’ve ordered the same test, twice before, as part of a waaaay more comprehensive test. Fraudulently they keep asking for more and more money, even though they had me prepay.
This is my favorite Quest to go to; always nice folks who do their work well and take pride in doing so. Very kind and compassionate to everyone getting bloodwork, etc. done. Easy to sign in and usually not too long of a wait.
No phone number? So I have to go there to see if they have received my order?
Going there for years. I like her alot. Highly trusted and respected. Not rude at all.
