This is the worst running organization you can imagine. It’s my fourth time with similar results. If you make an appointment, and follow the signs to sign in, it cancels your appointment and adds you as a walking an hour and a half later. If you walk in, the kiosk tells you what time to come back and when it’s wrong they leave you on the boa d and just pretend you were never there. Tiny waiting room with barely any chairs. Always people standing and waiting. They wanted me to wait for over two hours. Waste of time and resources.
They are quick and professional. An appointment is not necessary but they do accept them.
