Getting my blood draw was easy. The main issue I have is logging into the site. There's no easy way to get in and view my results. Very difficult to figure out
Had to drop off results of a 24 hour test at the Chardon location. Looked online just before I departed to the lab and it said the lab at the Chardon location was open until 11 on Saturday. I arrived there at 10:20 and no one was there. There were paper signs all on the doors and the kiosks saying they closed at 10:15. I called the quest number for Chardon and it said in the recording the office hours on Saturday were 8-11. Friday through Saturday morning was the only time I could do this 24 hour test because of my work sche... read more
