Waited a month for an appointment and when I got there their system was down and they prioritized people who were walk-ins instead of those who had an appointment.
I had a very disappointing experience at your location. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. My name was not called clearly, and when I asked a staff member about my check-in status, she ignored me completely. The entire process was chaotic and poorly managed. Fastest lab draw I’ve ever had. Super easy and convenient. I wish it was always this quick and easy. I did have an appointment, so perhaps that was the difference between the other poor reviews and my experience.
Great Location in Prosper. Ellie was Amazing! I am a difficult stick for lab work. She was able to painlessly draw my sample without Any Problem! Ellie was Very Friendly and an Excellent Experienced Phlebotomist! I made my appointment online, absolutely recommended ! This location is Very Busy, in spite of that, they are well organized and able to get you in and out quickly! This is Definitely my new Quest Location for All my LabWork!
Worst Quest lab you can ever attend. Rude staff I asked the curly hair hispanic tech a question because I have a scheduled apt and the Kios wasn't working for me to sign in so I was 10 mins late for my appointment and she said well sign in as a walk in and she said I am ready to go home I don't want to deal with this very rude I told her to go home then Very unprofessional And nobody answers phone or the door knocks Don't waste ur time here take the drive to other locations unless u want to be treated like crap Get this te... read more
