I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. I arrived about 5 minutes late for my scheduled appointment, and by the time I checked in, I was moved to the walk-in waiting list. I understood that policies need to be followed and was prepared to wait. After waiting for about an hour, a representative called my name but mispronounced it, so I didn’t immediately recognize it.
