It was our first time doing a test in this location and with this company. We didn’t understand the procedure, and the Hispanic women that worked didn’t want to help, even worse was unpolite, and made us feel unwelcomed.
They should make patients only allowed in waiting area. When you select to wait outside no ones let's you know its your turn. Then they say oh you missed your turn sorry nothing we can do. If seats weren't taken by family members patients could wait in the waiting area
Very disappointing service. They don’t seem to show concern for patients and do not respect scheduled appointment times. The waiting time and overall service were very frustrating. I had a very poor experience.
I wish I could give negative rating to this. It’s been a week I gave my drug test sample and they haven’t sent any report to the employer and after millions of calls and conversations just came to know they misplaced my sample. Such a WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. Such irrespon**ble staff they were so not interested in their job, why can’t they just sit at home and not play with people’s time and efforts. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.
