Unfortunate that they want to keep patients waiting even for stool kits. 2 hrs waiting for kit and another 2 hrs for actual lab work. Ridiculous. For lab work I understand the queue but for stool kits they can give in 1 min.
Save yourself grief and go to another Quest location. Had a prepaid Quest sold Test that the Tech (Ellie?) would not accept the Quest email on my phone (insisting I had to printed!!), then said that there is no such Test purchased from Quest. Then called her Senior (Kiara) that would clarify there is such Quest Prepaid Test but would keep saying that they couldn't find it. Careless, Rude and badly behaving lab assistants. Bad job at taking blood, Not good at finding the veins and putting needle smoothly. Appointment at 7:40am on Jun/11/2026. Confirmation Code: NLL83418 Call me if anyone cares !!
I’d pay an extra $100 for the in-home service next time. The setup here is rough. They have a kiosk in a separate room locked away from any actual person, so there’s no way to ask questions unless you happen to catch someone when they open the locked door to call the next person. I wouldn’t suggest walking in. You’ll be waiting at least an hour.
