Very organized and excellent customer service. Phlebotomist was very patient and listened when I explained that I was a difficult stick. I highly recommend making an appointment though. It was busy.
I went to 3 locations in Beverly Hills, the same day and other days, the staff are not helpful nor friendly, and i never get seen when i don't have appointment even tho it says walk in accepted but in reality it never is . The staff are lazy, they rush in to go home and are very unpleasant to talk to, they need to speak well to patients and have some smiles on their faces ....Also why there is actual no check in desk? Some elderly patients can't use the check in machine, and no staff comes out to speak to anyone, terrible se... read more
