I had an overall good experience at Quest Diagnostics. Scheduling online was easy, they took me right on time, the location was clean, and my results were processed quickly. I was self-pay, and the process was straightforward. The only issue was my blood draw this time. The technician made two punctures, and afterward I developed bruising and soreness around the vein. I’ve had blood drawn here before without any problems, so this seemed specific to this visit.
