Booked an appointment but they couldn't find it, checked in to the wait-list but after a while they said I wasn't on it. Eventually an employee checked me in, waited a while and then discovered I STILL wasn't on the wait-list. Left after an hour with morning accomplished
The worst location . You shouldn’t be in this neighborhood . After one hour of waiting you reject to take a patient in for their labs? If you hate your job this much don’t work with patients ! We’re not supposed to be treated this way .
Quest Diagnostic at 8501 Wilshire was running on time. Ethan was excellent, polite, efficient and very professional.
First time ever I didn't have to use the check-in kiosk! Thank you for texting me the check-in link directly to my cellphone and used that instead to confirm I was actually in the clinic when I arrived to my appointment. Service was incredible! Thank you!
30 minutes past my appointment time with no communication, had to leave. But if you show up 1 minute past your appointment time they cancel it. Make it make sense
