Zero stars. Just needed to drop of a frozen sample. The here is no reception desk. You can’t speak to a human - just a check in kiosk. Told me I had to make a standby appointment and wait maybe 60 minutes - meanwhile my sample is defrosting. Unbelievable.

This is by far the worst location I have ever been to. I have scheduled multiple appointments yet still had to wait over an hour and was even told they just weren't even going to be able to get me in. I have attempted to drop off labs with refusal of them to take the labs until all appointments have been completed. I literally just needed to hand them a bag. They refused. You go to other locations that are 10 times as busy and they still manage to get you through and can even process standbys. This location does not seem to ... read more

If you schedule an appointment and pay for a test separately, you can't get tested. You must pay and schedule at the same time. If the order doesn't come up on their little screen, they can't help you, even with proof of purchase and a test order from quest in email form. Can't enter that in, search, etc. Contact support, you must have done it wrong was a verbatim response.

Read the review that tells you how to get to the entrance. That helps. And the clinic is fine- staff was nice, resolved a paperwork issue, got the draw done without pain. The place was clean. A little slow but hey, it’s medicine.
