What a dream compared to Labcorp. So glad they are covered by my insurance. Friendly, efficient and kind. Will never go anywhere else!!

I received an email this morning to say my appointment had been "successfully cancelled". ...except I hadn't cancelled it. No call, no explanation, nothing. Went with the office in Devon; they had zero problems keeping the appointment.

The techs are delightful & all do a great stick. Wishing there was one that has evening hours as I watch my Grandkids every day Till 5 or 530 (1700).

I have taken 2 of my children (ages 2 and 7) here for blood draws, and both times, the technicians were terrific and very patient and skilled with getting a good draw on the first try. My 7 year old especially had A LOT of anxiety and was kicking and screaming. The tech was still able to get it done quickly and was very patient and understanding. There was also a much faster check in process than anywhere else I've been, but maybe this was just because it wasn't very crowded..
