Update of most recent experience: I did not get my phlebotomist's name, but she was very kind and made the lab draw painless! My wait time was very short and I was able to get in within 5 minutes of my appointment time, too. Previous experience: I chose the text option, and I received a link via text to click when I arrived (to check in instead of visiting the kiosk). It was super easy to schedule and reschedule my appointments on the website. My phlebotomist that took my blood was so incredibly personable and friendly. I really enjoyed my visit because of her. I will definitely be coming to quest if I need any other lab work
No convenient doors for relatives that have mobility issues. Staff lied about inability to make appointments, claiming it is first come first serve despite having half a dozen people listed as "prioritized" due to having appointments. The TV in the waiting area even advertised appointments.
Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by the tech at my appointment time. I am a kidney transplant patient and am 26 months out. I have a standing order from St Vincent Transplant. For whatever reason, the Quest system was not acting correctly. The tech believed that something was not correct and took the extra time and care to make sure the labs were correct.
