Strongly recommend making an appointment, because the first time at this location I did not have an appointment and even though I set it up at the kiosk for 1:40 I did not get in for another 30 min after my time because of appointments and other walk-ins. However, the second time, just 3 weeks later, I had made an appointment and got back there within 10 min of my appointed time. That's not bad considering they seemed pretty busy. Monica, my Phlebotomist was quite pleasant and efficient.
They don’t have real people answering the phone. I sent 30 minutes taking to an AI, and it couldn’t even make my appointment, and it ended the call. Something so simple shouldn’t be this hard.
The tech blew my vein, not a great experience.
