This Quest location is so very helpful. Not a long wait, especially if you set an appointment (there are many timeslots). The staff are very nice, get the stick on the first try, and coordinated well with the care team. Can’t say anything more positive about this team.
I made an appointment for 9:50 and I arrived on time and checked in on the kiosk and was made to wait another hour. And had to sign in again. This place is beyond unprofessional.
Very easy to check in, the personal was very kind and respectful, I received a nice service from the Haitian lady's name Jeanne
I chose the text option, and I received a link via text to click when I arrived (to check in instead of visiting the kiosk). I never saw my name on the board and did not hear my name called—it must have been because someone said they did. Perhaps it was prounounced differently? When I tried to check in on the kiosk, it told me I needed to reschedule since I was more than 10 minutes late. I talked to a lab worker and they got me right in. The people were great!
