Made an appointment and had to leave after waiting for over an hour so I could go to work. What’s the point in making an appointment? There were others asking when they would be called because they had been sitting well over an hour and the employees were just rude and could care less. What’s happened to our healthcare system? No empathy or sense of urgency here.. This location is severely understaffed for the volume of patients they allow in and have the personalities of fast food drive through workers.
I hope I never have to come to this facility again. It’s been 2 hours now of waiting to simply get my blood drawn. They don’t have a receptionist to talk to, just a waiting room and a kiosk. I’ve been skipped over twice that I know of in the queue. Good luck to those who make an appointment and expect to get in at their appointment time.
She was very friendly and efficient. Great visit overall! Great customer service.
We use this place alot, these people are great here. But only downside. When booking online. Make sure you triple check the address. I've done it a zillion times I booked appointments thought it was this location, turns out it was the hospitals location. Everytime I check now. Missing appointments will do that To yah!
