The kiosk in Quest Londonderry, NH was not working properly- it was very slow- like 10 seconds between each button press, then finally came back with next appt 4 hours later. Therefore I started to make an Appt using my phone but just then the Quest technician called my name and took me in to take my blood- I was done in 5 minutes and VERY HAPPY !! Yahoo.
I'm very happy with this practice. Each time I've needed to use it, it has been an easy, and (relatively) painless experience.
