Waited over a hr had to leave
People were fast and professional. However, I don't see my info from last year or this year on the account Portal. After logging in, I only see old data from 2021 - 2022.
No one loves a Blood Draw, especially when they have deep veins, which can stump the most skilled Phlebotomists. On this day, I encountered a lovely and pleasant lady, who would have made my visit pleasant enough. However, Susan was able to find a vein in short order with a single penetration. That woman really knows her craft. Kudos to Quest Diagnostics for hiring such great people.
The young woman was extremely skilled, almost painless. She was very efficient, quickly set me at ease and took the blood samples that were needed.
One star for easy walk-in (if you go early enough before the appointments begin). Expect a surprise medical bill 3 months after your diagnostic, telling you the cost of service is 5x higher than they were originally authorized to charge you. Their pricing is not disclosed beforehand. Reporting to the state AG for failure to comply with "No Surprises Act" pricing transparency.
