Crystal and Vanessa,, I couldn’t be more pleased with the service that I received today from quest diagnostics Vanessa was unbelievable. She was so nice and caring in the lobby and then Crystal who drew my blood was absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough very clean neat and professional very happy thank you so much for a wonderful experience If you have to give blood in southwest Florida this is the place to go
Great staff, clean, came in as a walk-in and only waited about 20 minutes. Special thanks to my phlebotomist Vanessa who was so professional, kind, and helped me sort out a test my Dr sent me in for but didn’t actually give me all the proper instructions. She cleared it all up and helped me sort it out right there instead of sending me home to do it. Grateful!
