Excellent lab. Easy to make appointments on line. Called in at time of appointment. Phlebotomist friendly, courteous and very skilled.
Quest Diagnostics has an excellent, streamlined, and personless system. Everything is handled through their mobile app or the electronic check-in pad when you arrive, and I find this approach very effective and easy to use. However, I can see how this system might be challenging for those who aren’t as comfortable with technology, as there is no staff member available to speak with until your appointment time.
