Wonderful phlebotomist. Caring and very professional.
Had a good experience this time had somebody named Cheryl who was absolutely wonderful. I have not had great experiences in the past because I find the ones that draw the blood they're not friendly at all, they're very cold and seem bothered if I ask a question. Also I have very thin veins and when I ask them if they can do this, they just practically give me a dirty look and just keep jabbing me instead of saying let me see if I can get somebody who can do this better than I can, they just keep jabbing me until they can fin... read more
My Doctor's office had not sent the script for the bloodwork. The nurse was good enough to allow me to call my Endocrinologist's office and get them to fax a copy of the script, while I waited in the waiting room. This was above and beyond great, so I didn't have to re-schedule.
The tech was awesome, prompt and courteous. Got the results the same day
The tech was welcoming, thorough, caring and great at her job
