If i could give zero stars i would. I know for a fact i gave them my urine. I open up the test results and it said test not performed due to inaccurate specimen. How!???? Now i have to drive all the way back there to get a recollection
My employer made an appointment. Sent me a confirmation email. I get there and I am told I have no appointment. I have to make one. My employer literally sent me a message saying my appointment was made for 9:40 am. Its says appointment confirmation and the time on the email i showed her. She made me make an appointment. I explored the kiosk when I could and found out how to check in as I DID have an appointment. They just gave me the brush off. It would be nice if they had a real person and not a kiosk. Dealt with Caitlin. She is in the middle of my appointment and her coworker comes in so she rushes me out and they shut the door behind me. She told me to comeback to sign a paper after but she is nowhere to be seen and the door is closed so I left. She calls me after I get home and I live 30 mins away to tell.me there is a payment due and she won't process my lab until they are due. 1stly for anyone who doesn't know payment r can be made in the portal but bc this location is very unprofessional they do not know that...this ... read more
