This is about the company rather than this location. Website and phone support are completely broken. Prepare to spend 2 hours just to make an appointment.
My visit to Provincetown Quest was very nice. The technicians were welcoming, friendly and professional.
Next time I'll be sure to notice which Quest site I made the appointment with. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes because I made it erroneously elsewhere. Because it was off season they were able to squeeze me in.
