I was shocked at the way the phlebotomist was was dealing with me today. I was never so upset as I was today. Never have I had any problems at this location, until today. She had no personality, she put the needle in my left arm and got a little blood. Then she pulls it out, and says "I have to put it in your right arm". When she was done, my left arm was bruised. Taken right in at my appointment time. Very friendly and professional staff.
My recent visit to this Quest location was my first, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Upon my arrival, the waiting area was empty, which was quite convenient. After checking in, I had barely sat down when a very courteous staff member called my name. The efficiency was remarkable! Brenna, the phlebotomist, was truly exceptional.
