As always, I had a great experience which hasn't always been the case with other diagnostic centers. This particular Quest Diagnostics is wonderful. They are efficient as well as very caring and friendly. My phlebotomist this time was a floater, and was just as excellent as the regulars here. Very knowledgeable, conversant and sympathetic. I always go out of my way to go to this location.
This Quest is by far the best. They are always on time for appointments. Their phlebotomists are the best and super kind. Jaime (I believe) was my lest technician and she was so kind, efficient and made sure I was comfortable during and after the lab draw. I will never go anywhere else.
I'm a hard stick with only one arm available. Barbara got right there, between bruised area from hospital IV and my narrow veins, without pain! Yay! Barbara. Southington Executive Dr is SPARKLING clean. I drive from Bristol to Southington just for Barbara to draw blood.
