My husband and I both go to quest for our blood work.. I was just there this week and had a girl named Rebecca take my blood , she was absolutely amazing.. Did not feel a thing.. Such a professional.. Thank you Rebecca.. Carolyn Cox
Walked into the facility this morning after getting off work and did not have a mask. The person at the front desk yelled at me that I needed a mask and to get out. I did not have one, and asked if they had one I could have as they’re requiring it. She yelled at me that they do not and told me to get out despite me having an appointment. She had a terrible attitude and wasn’t even wearing her mask correctly. Their office had a redesign that is welcoming, beautiful, and clean. The staff all looked professional and greeted us pleasantly as we passed by. Our phlebotomists, CJ, was perfect; no pain, fast, personable, so kind to my son, etc.
Very nice people that work there and efficient
We got here early on a Saturday and a simple DOT physical took TWO HOURS. I've never been to a clinic where it's taken more than 30min. You can't make an appointment either so I don't even know how people have time to deal with this place. You just have to show up and hope they're not busy I guess. We'll be going elsewhere next time.
