Doesn’t honor health insurance contracted coverage. Requires up front payment out of pocket despite health insurance that pays 100% of all labs (and has every year and we verified it didn’t change in this new year) because they’re in-network. Refused to draw labs unless I paid them a portion first. Now I will have to chase down what I paid to get it refunded. Reported to Florida Blue.
Had an appointment. They brought me right in as soon as I signed in the lady taking my blood was quick, knowledgable, and she did a great job withdrawing it.
I was more than satisfied with my visit to Quest to do my blood work. The tech that took my blood was professional and I could tell she knew what she was doing. She explained what she was doing and I felt comfortable with her.
Check in was efficient (as usual). This time, I was taking my 13 year old, who was very nervous about blood being drawn for the 1st time. The phlebotomist came out to bring in the patient checked in prior and let us know it would just be a few minutes. I told her to take her time as I was trying to locate the Dr's orders online (and was unable to login).
