Arrived on time to my appointment only to be set behind 10-15 others, ranging back 40 minutes in appointment times. Clearly this facility is having issues running things, so I wouldn't go here if you expect anything less than an hour+ wait past your scheduled appointment time.

Always done professionally and courteously
Recieved bloodwork today and now can barely move my arm. This has never happened to me before and I get bloodwork frequently. This will also affect my work currently because I have a physical job and cannot straighten my arm without constant pain. The woman who did my bloodwork seemed to miss the first time since i looked away. So im not really sure what happened but should not be in this much pain after basic bloodwork.
