Quality, professional, friendly customer service. I have quick question and they answered accurately and quickly. The waiting area was not overcrowded.
Nobody to help patients with kiosk. Older gentleman needed help. He was told someone would be out to help him.. Nobody came to help him. I helped him he waited and was very frustrated. Extremely nasty when I asked a question.
