I always have issues with getting blood taken from me, usually have big bruises on both arms but the young lady you had working was amazing. She felt and hit it and I never got a bruise. She was extremely friendly and a very confident young lady, you are lucky to have her working for you!!! I hope I get her again when I have blood taken. Dunkirk Quest office, the young lady was awesome!
I should have scheduled online 1st, but the staff here is very friendly, efficient and painless.
I spent 2.5 hours for a 3 minute blood draw. I was the only patient. The person who drew my blood was a sweetheart . However, one of the tests required, was not available in Dunkirk. She bent over backwards to get ahold of the Dr. that ordered the test. She was on hold for ever. ACL closed for lunch. Finally got done at 12:09. I won't complain because it was not her fault. I give her 5 stars.
It was quick and the blood draw was painless. The lady did an excellent job! Friendly and clean.
Very nice people! Clean environment too!
