ZERO STARS!!! I've never had a more horrible experience with a drug testing company than this particular Quest Diagnostics location in Dunkirk, NY. EVER!! When I arrived the woman taking my urine sample had to call her manager because she couldn't get through the computer system to start my test. I went outside and the waiting room was so backed up people were standing around the perimeter of the room and every seat was taken. I was there over and hour and a half!
