The technician went above and beyond to get me in as a walk-in right before lunch. I wish I knew her name so I could give her credit. Excellent service.
Staff at this location informed me that I could drop off a specimen from our child who is disabled on a walk-in visit. However, when we arrived (Saturday morning, 7-25-26), the lady working refused to accept the specimen because we "did not have an appointment." This is a direct contradiction to what was previously advised. We waited for several hours and received no further communication. The lady was rude and unprofessional and should not be working with patients. I would never return to nor recommend this Quest location.

My appointment was at 9:10. As soon as I felt the slight pinch of the needle, I glanced at the clock. It was 9:10 on the second! How about that? Can you believe it? On. The. Second.
