I spent 2.5 hours for a 3 minute blood draw. I was the only patient. The person who drew my blood was a sweetheart . However, one of the tests required, was not available in Dunkirk. She bent over backwards to get ahold of the Dr. that ordered the test. She was on hold for ever. ACL closed for lunch. Finally got done at 12:09. I won't complain because it was not her fault. I give her 5 stars.
It was quick and the blood draw was painless. The lady did an excellent job! Friendly and clean.
Very nice people! Clean environment too!
I was treated very well. The technician was excellent.
