If I could give the lady I had a 20 out of 20 stars I would. she was Kind informative and understood I was not a fan of getting my blood drawn due to a traumatic experience the last time I had it drawn (not at any question location). The lady who did my draw I barely felt the needle or stick!! Anytime I’ve been here the girls are extremely nice and understanding. I tell the girls that normally my left arm is best but they’re free to go in my hand if needed.
Nice customer service and no waiting for the blood test, mostly in the morning.
Hands down the best Quest lab around this area. Fast, efficient and clean. Love this facility!
I always get good service at Quest Diagnostic at the Children's Hospital on Pelandale!
