A worker there didn't know what THAW meant. Another worker had difficulty understanding that I needed a hat and specimen cup. Why does Quest hire incompetent people?
In the process of suing these people now.. They will bill you for work they never did, nor you receive.
Great experience! The diagnostic process was clean, fast, and easy. Check-in was simple and efficient. The staff were kind, professional, and very helpful. I highly recommend this facility
This was my first time ever coming to Quest Diagnostics to get a Lab test done. I was very nervous, but the woman who helped me was very nice and friendly, she was quick and brief when she took my blood, she eased my worries and was communicative as well. Best first experience ever for me.
