Edgar, the lab tech, was professional and very patient drawing what I needed for the lab test...he is a great asset for Quest...
My experience with Edgar left nothing to be noted. He was not very warm or personable. Not that this experience should be delightful, but it is serious and perhaps the individual performing these duties should show a little more care. It was more like, I'm just doing my job. I also had to remind him to provided wipes for the urine specimen. It is a good thing that I knew to do this. I should not have to remind someone what is required for testing.
