1 star. I had an appointment but still waited way too long. What’s the point of scheduling if they don’t respect your time? Very disappointing.
Facility is very clean. The staff are courteous and professional. I do recommend making an appointment. Appointments take priority over walk-ins.
I visited Quest Diagnostics – Palm Desert recently and was disappointed with my experience. The staff I encountered were not friendly and seemed unapproachable, which made what is already an anxiety-provoking situation (lab work) even more uncomfortable. I also noticed a lack of professionalism and knowledge when answering basic questions about making appointment and procedures.
