I'm posting this to let others know that this location at Vons does not accept drop-offs and if you need to drop off items for testing, you will need an appointment at all of the Quest locations now. I wish I knew this before I went on a "goose chase" of frustration. But the staff here was super nice about it and showed me where to take my items to that was nearby.
Then sit in here since 1145 they refuse to answer the door to let me come in to get my blood drawn and now I have to wait until 1230 because they conveniently went to lunch
This quest diagnostic, & most quest are appointment only. On any of the quest diagnostic websites it does not post that you need one.
very fast, extremely easy to make an appointment.
