I'm not understanding the low scores here. I'm currently here for lab work. They got me right in, Paula took what she needed from me and was super friendly! I told here if I ever need to come back, I'm asking for her! Total time here was 15 min from start to finish! Thank you for respecting my time and doing so in a friendly and professional manner. We had to take our almost 2 month old to get his blood drawn. I understand babies are challenging and it might not always be possible, but the one lady who supposedly was THE ONE for babies, had a terrible attitude and got snippy with my husband when we had he wanted to be done after the 2nd try and constant needle poking. We had to wait because no one else was capable. Then when she did finally come in, the whole place was unorganized and she couldn’t even find what she needed. Unorganized and a terrible attitude.
