No deaf accessibility here. There was a kiosk where I could enter my client’s name . We waited and had no clue if we were being called because we are deaf. I asked an employee about that and he just shrugged his shoulders. Ughh come on there are thousands of deaf people living in Springfield and surrounding communities. Quest Dianostics on National, same issues! U can do better than that!

These people are so good! They are professional and pleasant. I am always impressed. I’m 80, they have to use my hands for drawing blood. These folks are the least painful if not actually painless technicians! Five stars for Jeri.
I'm not understanding the low scores here. I'm currently here for lab work. They got me right in, Paula took what she needed from me and was super friendly! I told here if I ever need to come back, I'm asking for her! Total time here was 15 min from start to finish! Thank you for respecting my time and doing so in a friendly and professional manner. Well done!
